Job Description :

Take ownership and be responsible for the discovery and delivery of software products, evaluating opportunities, and determining what gets built and delivered to customers.
Conduct training sessions to relevant teams when introducing a new feature or product to ensure effective adoption and understanding.
Manage administrative tasks related to the product and maintain existing products.
Work with teams in the Product department to gain a deep understanding of customer/user pain points and experiences to identify product gaps and generate new ideas.
Work with business teams and/or business partners to gain a deep understanding of business needs and contexts, driving product adoption.
Drive the execution of all or parts of the product lifecycle process, including product research, ideation, design, development, and performance evaluation.
Work closely with product designers on product discovery.
Collaborate with a cross-functional development team in Agile/Scrum project delivery.
Identify opportunities for working process improvements, recommend innovative solutions, and implement best practices.
Actively participate in and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions

Requirements :

A bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst.
Proven ability to develop products and effectively communicate recommendations to management.
Demonstrated domain expertise in a specific business area.
Solid technical background with an understanding of, or hands-on experience in, software development. Agile or Scrum certification or related credentials is a plus.
Understanding of UX principles to analyze user behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Excellent ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts clearly.
Stakeholder management experience, ensuring alignment across teams.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive growth mindset.
Tech-savvy, with a passion for exploring new features and tools.
Proficiency in English is required.

About the Team :The Product Development team in Vietnam focus on solving immediate needs of Shopee for Vietnam market in 3 main categories: Operation / Engagement / Partnership. Our scope consists of products in various sizes and complexity levels, serving both internal users (Shopee staffs) as well as external users (our buyers, sellers, brands and partners). As a member in the team, you'll be part of a Scrum team targeting at a specific category to develop impactful tools / features to accelerate business goals in that area.
