Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a business analysis or product management role, with a strong background in agile methodologies.Analytical Skills: Demonstrated ability to independently resolve complex issues, make sound judgments, and improve existing solutions.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with mobile application development and experience with analytics tools for tracking KPIs in the restaurant or retail industry is preferred.Communication & Influence: Proven track record of effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to represent the product team internally and externally.Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on enhancing product functionality, user experience, and business impact.
