- Manage and develop strategic planning recommendations from social outreach insights and analytic data.
- Gather relevant data using WPP Media proprietary and partner tools for strategic insight building and to identify the right approach to solve brand challenges with KOL solutions.
- Conduct in-depth competitive audits on client's content/influencer marketing activities and play an active role in the conceptualization, research, and planning of influencer campaigns.
- Build strategy orchestration and frameworks to roll out plans that answer campaign objectives.
- Develop top content idea direction and main communication pillars to define influencers' scope of works, guidelines, and deliverables.
- Develop the MIX strategy (KOLs tiers + Channels) and right KOLs categories based on data insight and the competitive landscape.
- Involved in internal & external stakeholders' alignment on the performance measurement metrics which support delivery tracking between strategy & operation.
- Collaborate with Global/Regional GOAT and WPP Media agencies on strategic projects.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in Content Marketing, Social or Influencer Marketing.
- Proven experience in leading Strategic Planning Marketing projects (IMC & Content experience) and teams.
- Hands-on understanding of social/content/influencer campaign execution.
- Strong creative mindset with the ability to shape content ideas, pillars, and influencer direction.
- Deep knowledge of social media trends, influencer landscape, and digital culture.
- Good in communication: Master in Vietnamese (both speaking & writing) & Excellent in English (speaking, presenting & writing).
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative spirit.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Senior-level digital knowledge and comfort working with data/insights.
