Engagements typically involve building and launching new ventures, market expansion strategies, and cross-industry ecosystem initiatives across sectors such as financial services, energy, logistics, and healthcare.The consulting model emphasizes practical implementation and venture building, enabling clients to translate strategy into operational businesses and market initiatives.The OpportunityThe firm is hiring a Manager / Senior Manager to lead consulting engagements across Southeast Asia. This role sits at the core of the firm’s delivery engine and is suited to candidates with strong problem-structuring, project leadership, and client-facing capabilities. You will lead project teams, own key workstreams from day one, and work directly with senior client stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies.Unlike traditional advisory roles, many engagements involve designing and launching new businesses or ecosystem initiatives, requiring both analytical rigor and an entrepreneurial mindset.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Consulting EngagementsStructure complex strategic problems and translate them into clear project scopes and delivery plans.Lead consulting teams in the execution of strategy engagements, ensuring rigorous analysis and high-quality outputs.Synthesize insights into clear recommendations for senior client stakeholders.Design New Growth PlatformsDevelop growth, market-entry, and new-business models.Support clients in designing and launching new ventures, partnerships, or ecosystem initiatives.Translate strategy into actionable implementation roadmaps.Manage Client RelationshipsServe as a key day-to-day interface with senior client stakeholders.Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and decision-making processes during project delivery.Lead and Develop TeamsManage project teams and mentor junior consultants.Ensure high standards in problem solving, analytical rigor, and communication.Contribute to Firm DevelopmentSupport internal knowledge building and practice development.Contribute to strengthening the firm’s footprint across Southeast Asia.Candidate ProfileExperience4–6 years of experience in management consulting, ideally with Tier 1 or leading strategy consulting firms.Experience leading workstreams or managing small project teams.Strong exposure to strategy development, market analysis, and business model design.Sector Exposure (Preferred)Experience in one or more of the following sectors is advantageous:Financial ServicesEnergyLogisticsHealthcareCapabilitiesStrong ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop strategic solutions.Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking.Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.Experience managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables.MindsetEntrepreneurial and ownership-driven.Strong “must-win” mindset and commitment to delivering measurable outcomes.Interest in building businesses and shaping emerging markets.EducationMBA or advanced degree from a reputable university in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related disciplines.LanguagesFluency in English and Vietnamese.Why JoinOpportunity to work on high-impact strategic projects across Southeast Asia.Direct exposure to venture creation and ecosystem development, beyond traditional consulting.A high-responsibility role early in your career, with significant ownership of projects and client relationships.A performance-driven environment with strong career progression potential.
