- Be responsible for understanding the business requirement from different business departments to analyse, document, work with development team and vendors for system implementation
- Be able to deliver tasks relating to system implementation or handling with committed quality and requirement
- Support daily sale business for any matters relating to sale and operation system to make business run smoothly.
- Collect, clarify and analyse user requirements from end-user
- Document Functional Specification
- Lead business team to prepare test plan, test case and execute User Acceptance test
- Coordinate with vendor and local IT during the implementation and UAT to ensure the system delivery meets business requirements
- Follow up with vendor/IT for production issues and enhancements required.
- Be able to perform other duties required.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 years’ experience at least as a business analyst
- IT Banking/Insurance background is preferable
- Good knowledge of software development process (BPMN…)
- Good at SQL, data analysis
- Proven ability to document FRS, UI design
- Being detail-oriented
- Good communication and problem-solving skill
- Analytical thinking
- Good at teamworking
- Good command of English communication skills
