You will mentor and develop junior team members while collaborating closely with clients, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-performing, design-driven façade solutions. You will also play a key role in business development, strengthening client relationships and contributing to the growth of the façade practice.The Opportunity· Lead façade engineering and design projects as Project Manager, ensuring delivery to quality, budget, and timeline expectations· Provide technical expertise across concept design, system development, detailed design, and site/factory inspections· Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering skill development and team growth· Build and maintain strong client relationships while contributing to business development and tender submissions· Coordinate multidisciplinary inputs and manage project performance, including technical, financial, and risk aspectsAt Arup, you belong to an extraordinary collective - in which we encourage individuality to thrive.
