- Train and enable partners on the company product suite and partner lifecycle, drive partner activation to increase referral volume, and oversee day-to-day partner operations and ongoing maintenance.
- Build deeper engagement with priority partners, strengthening relationships at the executive level.
- Design and run initiatives and campaigns that support scalable growth across multiple partner segments.
- Surface and address objections or blockers to secure alignment and commitment from partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Strategy, Operations, and Finance) to ensure a smooth, consistent partner experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification).
- 4+ years of experience in partnerships, marketing, or business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience developing partnership proposals (preferred).
- Background in sales and/or experience in tech or a high-growth startup is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain close working relationships with senior stakeholders internally and externally.
- Strong Vietnamese and English communication skills across writing, speaking, and in-person interactions.
- Solid analytical capability, with practical experience using tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
