Collect testing data and reports from multiple laboratories in a timely manner.
Organize, standardize, and consolidate data from various sources to ensure consistency and completeness.
Verify and validate data accuracy, identifying discrepancies or missing information.
Communicate data-related issues, feedback, and updates with internal stakeholders.
Using the ELIMS system, create a test plan and send a report to the client.

Others

Assisting with administrative tasks, such as receiving samples from log-in and scanning barcodes to record the sample receipt time.
Any other duties assigned by superior.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Data Science, Chemistry, or related fields.
Experience in data handling, reporting, or data management systems (laboratory is a plus)
ISO 17025 / ISO 17025
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with LIMS/ELIMS systems is an advantage
English comprehension
Work under high pressure, independent
