• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields.

• Experience working with SAP systems and familiarity with data migration processes is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.

• A project management practitioner mindset with the ability to work in structured workflows. • Initiative-driven, flexible, and able to collaborate across regions and multicultural teams.

• Knowledge of Japanese or Chinese is a plus.

• Receive input and requests via SuperOPL or email from customers/initiators.

• Evaluate IMDS (International Material Data System) datasheets submitted by suppliers to ensure compliance and accuracy.

• Create and update datasheets in RBMDS according to internal standards and project requirements.

• Monitor and follow up on the status of submitted IMDS records to ensure timely completion.

• Communicate with customers/initiators via email to provide updates, clarify requirements, and close tasks efficiently.

• Provide administrative and operational support to the PMO team.

• Assist in tracking project progress, documentation, and coordination across multiple regions.

• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Support project reporting and milestone follow-ups as required.
