You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.You will support the growth and day-to-day management of merchants in the Fashion category on TikTok Shop. You will work closely with Account Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and drive category performance.This role offers hands-on experience in merchant management, data analysis, and e-commerce operations in a fast-paced environment, helping you build a strong foundation for your future careerApplications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of mid- and long-tail merchants, owning their day-to-day performance and development
- Analyze merchant performance (traffic, conversion, AOV, GMV) to identify gaps and drive actionable improvements
- Drive merchant participation and execution in campaigns, ensuring readiness and maximizing sales impact
- Work closely with merchants to optimize assortment, pricing, and content (livestream & short video) to improve conversion
- Identify and scale high-potential merchants, building repeatable growth cases across the portfolio
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Campaign, GNE, Ads, etc.) to resolve issues and unlock merchant growth
- Maintain accurate merchant data and ensure timely communication of platform updates, policies, and initiativesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Strong analytical and logical thinking mindset
- Comfortable working with data (Excel/Google Sheets is a must)
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:
- Interest in E-commerce, especially Fashion category is a plus
- Ability to follow structured processes while identifying improvement opportunities
- Data-driven thinking with attention to details
- Ownership mindset (proactive follow-up, not waiting to be pushed)
