You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.The Top Creator EME team is a specialized unit within TikTok Shop's Vietnam creator tiering, dedicated to incubating and scaling high-potential profiles specifically for the livestream scenario. Our primary objective is to drive sustainable growth by focusing on the platform's most impactful creators, who currently anchor our ecosystem and contribute to total platform performance.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Responsibilities:
- Grow and develop top creator e-commerce sales performance, primarily in livestream content.
- Build and manage relationships with creator by representing TikTok Shop platform
- Analyze creator's weekly performance to deliver regular reporting on key operational initiatives and provide recommendations to optimize performance, including traffic and conversion.
- Live schedule planning for creator following platform events, ensuring platform benefits provided to creator following policies and fairness
- Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
- Support to help in any other general ad-hoc dutiesQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a university program
- Good understanding user generative content
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical abilities.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in the E-commerce industryPreferred Qualifications:
- Having experience working with the E-commerce or Social Commerce is a plus
