- Strategic Leadership: Supports the Account Director in developing and implementing innovative, strategic, and creative solutions that align with client objectives.
- Client Management: Acts as a trusted advisor, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and business retention.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Works closely with internal teams and the network to leverage products and services that drive business growth and deliver added value.
- Project Management: Oversees the planning, execution, and evaluation of client campaigns, ensuring deliverables meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Manages financial processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost tracking, to ensure smooth financial operations and profitability.
- Team Leadership: Guides and mentors junior team members, effectively allocating resources to optimize team performance and service delivery.
- Performance & Reporting: Monitors and tracks campaign KPIs, ensuring optimal execution and performance, with regular internal and client presentations.
- New Business Development: Supports business growth by identifying new opportunities and contributing to pitches and proposals.
- Minimum 6+ years of account servicing experience in advertising, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably from an agency.
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, mass communications, business, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and structured in work approach.
- Highly dedicated, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple projects under pressure.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills.
- Leadership and team management experience is a plus.
