Production Planning & Schedule ControlLead and coordinate daily production activities in alignment with the master plan and priority sequence to ensure output targets and on-time delivery commitments are achieved.Monitor work-in-process (WIP) and daily production status; prepare regular production performance reports and periodic operational reviews.2. Cost, Efficiency & Resource ManagementDevelop and manage the production budget, including manpower allocation, equipment capacity planning, and performance optimization.Control manufacturing costs and initiate productivity improvement projects to enhance efficiency and reduce operational expenses.Oversee energy consumption in manufacturing operations (electricity, water, compressed air, etc.) and drive cost-saving or sustainability initiatives where necessary.3. Quality Oversight & Cross-Functional Problem SolvingEnsure product quality standards are consistently met and continuously improved.Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Engineering, and other relevant departments to investigate production issues, define corrective/preventive actions, and track improvement effectiveness.Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications and standard operating procedures throughout production processes.4. Shopfloor & WIP ManagementSupervise material usage to minimize waste and improve material efficiency.Manage WIP levels and monitor line performance to maintain stable and smooth production flow.Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective measures to optimize throughput.5. Team Leadership & Capability DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop production teams through structured training, task assignment, performance management, and succession planning.Maintain operational discipline and ensure compliance with company regulations and shopfloor management standards.Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.6. Workplace Safety & 5S ImplementationEnsure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental standards within the production area.Implement, maintain, and audit 5S and visual management practices across the shopfloor to sustain an organized and efficient working environment.7. Inventory Control & ReportingConduct monthly inventory checks in accordance with company policies and ensure inventory accuracy.Prepare and submit operational reports covering production output, yield, efficiency metrics, and cost performance.8. Additional AssignmentsUndertake other tasks or projects as assigned by senior management to support overall operational objectives.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or related disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in electronics or PCB manufacturing, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or production management role.Strong knowledge of manufacturing operations, including cost control, quality management, and productivity improvement methodologies.Proven leadership and people management skills, with experience in workforce planning, training, and shopfloor supervision.Solid understanding of occupational safety standards and 5S practices, with hands-on implementation experience.Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret production data (output, yield, efficiency, cost metrics, etc.).Working proficiency in English or Chinese for daily business communication.High level of responsibility, resilience under pressure, and strong execution capability.Contact: Giau NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
