ACG_3269_JOBOur client is a leading high-tech manufacturing group, seeking experienced professionals to join their organization in Vietnam.Lead and oversee the end-to-end operation of the Full Process Traceability system across the PCB manufacturing process, ensuring production data is accurate, transparent, and fully traceable.Ensure effective maintenance, daily inspection, and stable operation of software and hardware systems supporting data acquisition, barcode tracking, and automated equipment throughout the production line.Oversee the planning, execution, and control of smart manufacturing system deployment projects, including MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and budget.Collaborate closely with Production, IT, and Quality teams to drive process improvement and optimize production data collection, storage, and analysis (Data Collection, Storage, Analysis).Build, train, and develop a competent technical team, ensuring the organization has the capability to operate, maintain, and continuously enhance systems aligned with modern manufacturing requirements.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems Management, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or related disciplines.Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with strong preference for candidates experienced in the implementation and operation of MES, traceability systems, or Smart Manufacturing solutions.Proficiency in Chinese (preferred) or English for technical and professional communication.Strong leadership, people management, and team development skills.Solid understanding of PCB manufacturing processes or similar industrial manufacturing industries.In-depth knowledge of MES, SCADA, barcode tracking, and traceability systems.Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining software and hardware systems supporting manufacturing automation.Strong capability in data collection, database management, data analysis, and data visualization.Working knowledge of LAN/network infrastructure, system configuration, and data security.Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, particularly with engineering and production teams.Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a continuous improvement mindset.Contact: Giau NguyenDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
