The F&B Marcom Executive plays a key role in driving the commercial performance of all food & beverage outlets across the property, including restaurants, bars, lounges, banqueting, and outside catering. The position supports the Sales & Marketing strategy by enhancing brand visibility, managing digital channels, coordinating content creation, and ensuring that all F&B marketing initiatives directly contribute to revenue growth. The role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to collaborate across multiple operational and commercial teams.THE ROLEThe F&B Marcomms Executive collaborates closely with the Designer, Rooms & Revenue Manager, Director of Food & Beverage, Restaurant Outlet Managers, and the F&B Reservations to ensure that each outlet achieves its monthly income target. This involves analysing revenue gaps, identifying opportunities, recommending tactical promotions, and delivering weekly performance updates and promotional strategies at the Revenue Meeting.The role manages all F&B social media accounts and Brand.com outlet pages, ensuring content accuracy and engagement. The F&B MarComms Executive organises all photoshoots across the outlets, supports influencer and KOL partnerships, and works with the wider MarComms team to ensure all marketing initiatives align with brand standards, revenue targets, and the overall commercial strategy.Administrative Support
  • Provide administrative support to the MarComms Manager and Sales & Marketing team.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, asset libraries, menus, images, and shared digital folders.
  • Prepare presentations, weekly updates, monthly marketing reports, and brand compliance documents.
  • Support vendor management, contract preparation, and documentation for marketing and F&B initiatives.
  • Assist with scheduling and logistics for photography, videography, and content production.
Client & Team Coordination
  • Serve as a liaison between F&B leadership, outlet managers, culinary teams, and the marketing function.
  • Gather and consolidate information for promotions, menu updates, special events, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables and deadlines across multiple stakeholders, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
  • Support communication with agencies, influencers, media partners, and photographers.
  • Maintain internal calendars for campaigns, festive programmes, activations, and social media plans.
Invoice & Finance Coordination
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and vendor registrations related to F&B marketing activities.
  • Track payments, follow up with finance for approvals, and maintain accurate budget logs.
  • Assist in monthly budget reconciliation and reporting for MarComms and F&B.
Sales Process & Data Entry
  • Maintain databases for media, influencers, vendors, and partners.
  • Update internal systems and CRM platforms with campaign data, content links, and partner engagement records.
  • Track results of F&B campaigns, social performance, and promotional ROI, supporting monthly analytical reports.
  • Manage and update digital platforms, including restaurant listings, QR menus, and website pages.
Cross-Department Collaboration
  • Work closely with Revenue, F&B, Culinary, Events, and Operations teams to ensure all messaging, pricing, and promotions are aligned.
  • Present weekly updates at the Revenue Meeting, including proposed promotions required to meet monthly income budgets.
  • Support the Events and Banqueting teams with marketing efforts for functions, celebrations, and outside catering.
  • Ensure all marketing materials, menus, signage, and digital assets comply with brand standards.
Digital, Social Media, and Content Responsibilities
  • Manage all social media accounts dedicated to F&B outlets, including content planning, posting, community management, and reporting.
  • Update and maintain Brand.com outlet pages, ensuring accuracy and alignment with promotions and menu updates.
  • Create new social media accounts for outlets or concepts when required to improve visibility and audience reach.
  • Coordinate all F&B photoshoots, including photographer briefings, styling, liaison with operations, managing schedules, and ensuring final assets meet brand requirements.
  • Work with the wider MarComms team to engage, host, and manage KOLs, influencers, and content creators, ensuring collaborations support brand positioning and revenue needs.
General Duties
  • Monitor online presence and customer sentiment across F&B platforms and escalate issues or opportunities.
  • Assist in drafting social captions, menu descriptions, press releases, and internal communications.
  • Ensure timely updates of F&B marketing collateral, menus, and promotional materials.
  • Support PR initiatives, including media hosting, content requests, and coverage tracking.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned by the MarComms Manager or Sales & Marketing leadership.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as assigned to support the needs of the department and hotel operations.
TALENT PROFILEQualification
  • A Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing is preferred
Work Experience
  • Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort
  • Prior administrative / secretarial experience is of advantage
Technical Skills
  • Competent computing skills (e.g. Microsoft Office)
