Job Responsibilities
⁻ Creating design and structural models. - Creating excavation models and drawings. - Quantity estimation using BIM. - Creating design and construction drawings using BIM. - Check the progress of models in each specialized field (structure, facilities, architecture, etc.) - Manage schedules - Other related tasks as assigned. - No business trips required ＜仕事内容＞ ・意匠および構造モデルの作成。 ・掘削モデル、図面の作成 ・BIMを用いた数量積算 ・BIMを用いた設計図、施工図の作成 ・BIM（ビルディング・インフォメーション・モデリング）会議での調整事項の提案。 ・スケジュール管理。 ・その他、関連業務。 ・出張なし。Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
・Education: College or above (Architecture, Construction) ・Gender: Any ・Age: Under 40 years old ・Language: Japanese - Conversational Level (equivalent to JLPT N3 and above) ＊Need Japanese Language Certificate ・Experience: Having more than 2 years of working experience using Revit ・Having experience drawing Japanese-style construction projects using BIM, REVIT ・Can use Revit well ・Can communicate with Japanese PIC ・Ambitious and eager to learn
Preferred Skill
・Have experience working in Japanese companies ・Have high JP skills ・Those looking to build a long-term career at a Japanese company （＊also considering asking to be a manager in the future.)
