The role is responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient output, quality compliance, safety performance, and alignment with customer delivery requirements while leading and developing a team of supervisors and operators.As a Plant Manager & member of the senior leadership team, your main responsibilities will include:

Managing daily plant operations to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Overseeing the implementation of safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
Leading and coordinating teams to optimize productivity and quality standards.
Carry out training and performance assessments via the shift supervisors and implement training programs to improve skill base to meet the on-going needs of the business
Monitoring budgets, resources, and schedules to maintain cost-effective operations.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing processes.
Collaborating with other departments to align plant activities with company objectives.
Implementing and maintaining maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities.
Monitoring the site's performance by gathering relevant data, running the necessary trials / DOE's and producing statistical findings and reports.
Ensuring clear communication across all levels of the plant workforce.

International Manufacturing LeaderWorld-Class Production FacilityThe successful candidates will exhibit the following skills and characteristics:

Experience in lean manufacturing to support continuous improvement actions improvement, manufacturing variance control
Knowledge of industry best practice in manufacturing risk
Prior Experience managing a plant for a MNC business in Vietnam, or more broadly SEA
Educational background in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field.
Proficiency in managing plant operations and leading teams effectively.
Commitment to upholding safety and quality standards
Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
