This role supports their growth in Vietnam by expanding SME client acquisition and account development.Role Purpose & Success OutcomesEnable revenue growth by translating client business needs into clear, feasible technical solutions and supporting Sales Managers in closing deals.
- Improves deal conversion rates by ensuring technical fit and solution clarity during the sales cycle
- Produces accurate and practical solution proposals aligned with client requirements and constraints
- Builds client confidence by effectively addressing technical questions and objections
- Ensures clean handover to delivery teams with well-defined scope and expectations
- Partner with Sales Managers in client engagements to understand business needs and validate technical feasibility
- Translate client requirements into high-level solution design, scope, and approach
- Collaborate with presales, product, and delivery teams to define solution architecture and effort estimates
- Support proposal development, including solution articulation, scope definition, and assumptions
- Lead technical discussions with client stakeholders, including IT and operations teams
- Address technical objections and risks during the sales process to support deal closure
- Ensure alignment between proposed solutions and delivery capabilities to avoid mis-scoping
- Maintain documentation of solution designs, assumptions, and client requirements for internal alignment
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Certifications in ERP systems, cloud platforms, or solution architecture are a plus (nice-to-have)
- 5–8 years of experience in technical presales, solution consulting, or ERP/IT implementation roles
- Experience working on B2B solutions in ERP, cloud, or system integration environments
- Proven ability to engage with both business and technical stakeholders during solution discussions
- Experience supporting full sales cycles from discovery to proposal and handover
- Strong understanding of enterprise systems such as ERP, cloud platforms, or business process automation
- Ability to design high-level solution architectures and translate business needs into technical scope
- Familiarity with CRM and proposal tools for supporting sales processes (nice-to-have)
- Understanding of business processes across functions such as finance, operations, or supply chain
- Familiarity with SME and mid-market technology needs and constraints in Vietnam
- Awareness of digital transformation practices and solution delivery considerations
- Acts as a bridge between business and technical teams, balancing practicality and solution quality
- Communicates complex concepts in a clear and structured way to non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborative and responsive in supporting sales teams and deal progression
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and feasibility in solution design
