- Identify and approach potential clients in Viet Nam to assess advertising needs
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to design and present tailored proposals
- Close service contract and manage accounts to ensure continued business engagement
- Maintain strong relationships with managed clients to encourage repeat business
- Track sales activities and market insights to refine business strategies
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing sales. Preferred in martech-enabled agency
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing services and solution-based selling
- Proven negotiation, sales, and presentation capabilities
- Ability to work as an expert manager with strong problem-solving skills
- Broad professional network within the Vietnam business community is beneficial
- Professional proficiency in Vietnamese and good working English. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking ability is an advantage
- Base pay with performance-linked commission and bonus scheme
