ACG_3432_JOBOur client is a technology company that is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.Assist in receiving and clarifying client briefs; contribute to proposal development and quotation preparation.Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Production, Media, Operations) and external partners (KOLs/KOCs, talent agencies) to ensure smooth campaign execution.Monitor timelines, deliverables, and campaign milestones to ensure on-time delivery.Support budget management, track expenses, and assist in preparing financial reports.Prepare meeting materials, campaign reports, and post-campaign performance summaries.Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients and influencers.Proactively identify potential issues and escalate to Account Manager when necessary.Requirements4–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Service, or Digital Marketing (agency background preferred).Experience or strong interest in Influencer Marketing/KOL campaigns.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).Strong coordination and organizational skills with attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Good presentation and proposal-writing skills are a plus.Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn.Strong teamwork mindset and clear communication skills.Contact: Phuong TranDue to the immense number of applications, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
