We partner with restaurants, cafes, and retailers across the country to ensure that users can always find their favourite choices on GrabFood, GrabMart, and Grab Dine Out - with great selection, reliability, and value.The team is highly collaborative and data-driven, working closely with Operations, Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product teams to improve merchant performance, roll out new initiatives, and continuously enhance the end-to-end merchant journey. If you enjoy being close to the business, solving real problems on the ground, and seeing your work translate into visible growth for partners, this is where you'll feel at home.Get to Know the RoleAs an Associate, Area Management - Grabfood, you will be the primary partner for a portfolio of SMB merchants on GrabFood, GrabMart and Grab Dine Out. You'll combine relationship building, commercial acumen, and data analysis to help merchants improve their operations, run effective promotions, and grow profitably on the platform. Day to day, you will guide merchants on how to make the most of Grab's self-serve tools, optimize visibility, and use insights to make better business decisions.You will work onsite at Grab's Mapletree Business Centre office in Ho Chi Minh City, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute local marketing activities, pilot new features, and unlock long-term partnership opportunities that benefit both Grab and our merchants. This role is a great fit if you are energized by meeting partners, solving operational and performance challenges, and directly owning a portfolio's growth trajectory in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB merchants as the primary contact - providing guidance, resolving issues, and maintaining regular online and on-ground engagement
  • Build trusted partnerships with merchants by delivering consistent support, improving operational quality, and enabling merchants to grow profitably on GrabFood/ GrabMart or Grab Dine out.
  • Work closely with merchants to drive adoption of key campaigns and strengthen their ability to use self-serve tools for optimizing promotions, improving visibility, and driving growth.
  • Leverage data to monitor and analyze merchant performance, and deliver actionable insights that help optimize their growth on Grab.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to execute local marketing activities, roll out new features and create long-term partnership opportunities that benefit both Grab and Merchants
QualificationsJob Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial, or related field in Account Management.
  • At least 2 year of experience in Ecommerce, FMCG, F&B, Sales, or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain partner relationships. Skilled in negotiation and persuasion.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve operational issues and business performance challenges for partners.
  • Able to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Knowledge of the local F&B or Ecommerce industry is a strong advantage.
