Job Description :1. Process Discovery & Optimization (BPM Core)
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes (As-is vs To-be) across Workforce, Finance, Risk & Back Office.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and automation opportunities.
  • Break down complex business problems into structured, solvable components.
  • Redesign workflows with a product mindset, focusing on user experience (Ops, staff, stakeholders).
2. . AI-Driven Solution Design
  • Design AI-powered solutions to enhance workflows:
+ Generative AI for content automation (reporting, communication, documentation)+ Predictive analytics for risk detection, forecasting, anomaly detection
  • Define AI workflows (input → decision → output → fallback → feedback loop).
  • Build and orchestrate AI agents / bots for automation across processes.
3. Data-Driven Problem Solving
  • Analyze operational data to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate data insights into actionable AI use cases.
  • Define success metrics: automation rate, time saved, accuracy improvement, cost reduction.
4. AI Workflow & Tool Integration
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms to build scalable solutions: AI APIs, LLMs, automation tools, workflow engines
  • Integrate AI into existing systems (Ops tools, Finance systems, Risk platforms).
  • Design reusable AI components for cross-domain scalability.
5. Change Management & Adoption
  • Drive adoption of AI-powered workflows across teams.
  • Train and enable stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Risk teams).
  • Communicate clearly the value and impact of AI transformation.
  • Manage resistance and ensure smooth transition from manual to automated processes.
6. Risk, Compliance & AI Governance
  • Ensure AI solutions comply with:
+ Data privacy (PII protection)+ Internal compliance frameworks+ Ethical AI standards
  • Design guardrails: thresholds, fallback logic, audit logs, human-in-the-loop.
  • Work closely with Risk & Security teams to ensure safe deployment.
Requirements :Must have
  • Product Mindset: Apply user-centric principles to transform complex back-office workflows into functional products.
  • Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize advanced analytical tools to identify operational bottlenecks and enhance system efficiency.
  • AI Solution Design: Design innovative AI frameworks to automate manual finance and risk management processes.
  • Quick Learning: Adapt rapidly to evolving technologies and specialized domain knowledge within the industry.
Nice to have
  • Experience in Logistics / Workforce / Finance Ops
  • Exposure to AI platform or internal tool building
  • Familiarity with data tools (SQL, dashboards, analytics)
  • Experience with automation platforms
