- Job Purpose
- Responsible for conducting site assessments and walkthrough surveys to collect installed base information, evaluate electrical distribution and automation systems, and provide professional MPS-W reports. The role also includes supporting service opportunities and basic power quality assessment activities.
- Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform site assessments and surveys to gather accurate installed base data for electrical distribution, secure power, and industrial/automation assets.
- Prepare and deliver MPS-W reports using approved templates in accordance with Global Field Services or Zone guidelines.
- Present assessment findings to customers and collaborate with Services Sales to follow up potential pull-through opportunities.
- Understand basic power quality (PQ) concepts and related solutions (PQ meters, harmonics, filters…).
- Coordinate or support partners in performing PQ measurements, data collection, solution proposal and reporting when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Automation Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems, manufacturing, projects, or field services.
- Prescription/Design experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills (written and spoken).
- Good collaboration, positive attitude, independence, and confidence.
- Proactive and customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of power quality principles and experience with PQ measurement tools is a plus.
- Technical understanding of electrical distribution systems.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Effective stakeholder coordination (internal teams, partners, and customers).
- Professional presentation and reporting skills.
- Frequent travel to customer sites.
- Work in both office and industrial environments.
