Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • Main Assignments Assists the Regional Manager in achieving sales targets set by RHQ by focusing on the following activities. 1. Expand sales on the existing customer base. 2. Expand accounts in the local market. 3. Expand partner network. • Secondary Assignments Support company's service program in these areas 1. Business development in electronics, pharmaceutical, F&B, and other manufacturers' markets in the region. 2. Support company's service program & local team on organizing sales & marketing activities such as exhibitions, seminars, and partner events. • Key Performance Indicators 1. Achieve sales targets. 2. Number of planned seminars. 3. Bringing in a targeted number of quality proofs-of-concept to the technical team. • Other Responsibilities - Supporting the Senior Sales Accounts Manager to: 1. Prepare quotations. 2. Prepare accurate sales forecasts for the sales manager. 3. Negotiate a favorable price, terms & conditions for the company. 4. Negotiate between partners, customers, and the production planning team to achieve the desired delivery schedule. 5. Work closely with corporate support functions key people, especially from Finance and Supply Chain Management departments, to achieve planned sales on a monthly basis. 6. Entering and updating sales leads and opportunities progress into Salesforce. 7. Attend to customers and partners to answer their technical queries (basic information).
Job Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Age & Gender: Any - Education Background: Minimum is a Diploma from a government-recognized tertiary institute in Mechatronics or Mechanical engineering. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Minimum 5 years in a sales engineering position, either in 1. A well-recognized industrial robotics brand. 2. Major system integrating company with wide experience in integrating industrial robots into full-key solutions. - Job / Skills Competencies o Sales Skills ▪ B2B selling, Salesforce knowledge, Presentation, Data Analysis, Hunter, Problem-solving o Engineering ▪ Able to read mechanical drawings. o Computer ▪ MS Office
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Basic C++ programming knowledge preferred, but not a must - Korean and/or Chinese (preferred but not a must)
