OverviewWe’re looking for someone who gets both sides of the game, planning and execution, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to make media magic happen.
ResponsibilitiesWhat you’ll do
- Build and run end-to-end media plans, from brand awareness to conversion across digital and offline channels
- Be the boss of the budget: plan, track, optimize, and recommend how to spend smarter
- Dive into dashboards and data, analyze performance, spot what’s working, and shape the next move
- Work closely with clients, internal teams, and regional partners to make sure everything flows smoothly and stays sharp
- Present campaign results with clarity, confidence, and ideas to grow bigger next round
- Keep your radar on, stay updated on the newest ad trends, tools, and tricks to keep us ahead of the curve
- Optimize bid strategy and media mix for best performance across platforms
- You’ve worked in media/digital for 2–3 years and still want work in this industry
- You’ve got real hands-on experience with performance marketing or digital ad execution
- You’re confident with tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, GA4, DV360, TikTok Ads Manager
- You love numbers, think in data, and can turn chaotic dashboards into clean, client-ready insights
- Detail-obsessed, sharp in follow-through, and always 2 steps ahead when managing campaigns
