- Identify and build lists of high-value prospects matching CodeLink's Ideal Customer Profile
- Deep-dive into target companies and decision-makers to uncover context, needs, and buying signals
- Craft personalized outreach sequences in collaboration with our SDR to build a pipeline and drive meeting bookings
- Track engagement patterns and refine outreach sequence to drive a higher conversion rate
- Maintain and enrich a live high-value prospect database with up-to-date contact info, company context, and buying signals
- Work directly with C-level leadership to identify the right events and conferences to prioritize
- Map event landscapes — speakers, sponsors, attendees — and identify the highest-value people to connect with and how best to approach them
- Collaborate with the Sales team to execute outreach campaigns to generate a pipeline of booked meetings for Founders’ onsite trips.
- Capture and structure post-event insights: new contacts, conversation notes, follow-up actions, and relationship status updates
- Map event landscapes, attendee lists, and target accounts to maximize meeting opportunities
- Own the day-to-day LinkedIn presence of our Founder: drafting connection requests, crafting DM responses, nurturing existing relationships, and maintaining an active, credible profile
- Monitor ongoing conversations, knowing when to engage, when to warm up a connection, and when to escalate
- Build and grow a targeted network of decision-makers aligned to our ICP with a long-term relationship mindset, not a short-term pipeline view
- Maintain a clean, structured, and actionable CRM system
- Produce weekly research briefs and pipeline updates for the sales team
- Identify and implement tools, workflows, or data sources to improve lead generation efficiency
- Build scalable processes that enhance how we generate and qualify the pipeline
- 2–4 years of experience in executive search, professional services, consulting, or research-intensive commercial roles
- Strong communicator in English (written and verbal) - able to craft sharp, thoughtful, and non-generic messages
- Skilled in navigating stakeholders and building relationships through digital channels (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools
- Highly organized and detail-oriented - you can manage multiple workstreams without losing quality
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-paced environments, and taking ownership without close supervision
- Systems thinker - you don’t just execute tasks, you spot efficiency issues to improve how things are done.
- Build a high-quality, well-segmented prospect pipeline aligned with ICP
- Consistently generate qualified meetings for the US market expansion
- Improve outreach conversion rates through data-driven iteration
- Establish a scalable research & outreach system
- Three days remote every week and four full remote weeks per year.
