For more information, visit www.sucafina.com.Job DescriptionThis is a 2-month Solution Analyst position. The responsibilities are included but not limited to:
  • Requirements & Translation: Collaborate with QC, Traders, and Logistics teams to document complex business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications;
  • Solution Design: Execute solution designs for system configurations and integrations (ERP, trading systems), validating feasibility and trade-offs with development teams;
  • Roadmap Management: Support the Tastify landscape by maintaining the solution backlog and prioritizing enhancements based on operational impact.
  • Triage & Delivery: Act as the first point of triage for user bugs and requests while executing UAT plans to ensure high-quality delivery.
  • Governance & Optimization: Implement frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and process optimization within the platform.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Information Systems, IT;
  • 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, prior experience in ERP / CRM domain is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of software processes, trading operations, and risk management
  • Strong interest in coffee quality (cupping, grading) and trading operations;
Additional InformationThe Solution Analyst serves as the primary lead for the management, governance, and evolution of the company’s Quality Control Software (Tastify)’s ecosystem. This role acts as a high-level liaison between IT and business units, responsible for aligning technology initiatives with organizational objectives. You will oversee the entire solution landscape—ensuring stability and scalability—while leading a team of analysts and developers to transform operational requirements into robust technical solutions.
