(Senior) Business Excellence Analyst - Contract 12 Months

.Job scope:Database management:
  • Lead and oversee all aspects of customer, product, territory coverage, field force activities, digital database management across relevant systems
  • Design and implement advanced data models and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and quality.
  • Develop and drive best practices, procedures and tools to enhance system data quality and business intelligence capabilities
Project:
  • Manage and deliver projects related to data mapping, data structure optimization and digital transformation.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance data accuracy, availability.
  • Evaluate and implement new technical solutions.
Analysis:
  • Provide high-level business analysis, reporting and dashboard solutions to support decision-making.
  • Share strategic insights through advanced analytics, key behavior indicators and consolidated business reports.
  • Develop and implement dashboards for performance tracking and business status monitoring.
Retail channel programs:
  • Coordinate retail channel operations and ensure alignment with business objectives via constantly monitoring business performance and driving operational excellence.
Others:
  • Take ownership of ad hoc or emerging business requirements, proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Provide expert guidance on complex challenges and remain agile and responsive to evolving business needs.
Requirement:
  • University graduation (computer/data science or economics preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years in business excellence, data management or analytics roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
Qualification:
  • Project management
  • Technical and business acumen, logical thinking, analytical ability, accuracy.
  • Effective stakeholder management, pro active, willing to take new challenges, learning ambitious"
Skill:
  • Experienced with information system, SQL.
  • Power BI and CRM system (VEEVA).
  • Efficient English communication
