Senior Researcher

• Collect data and quarterly updated information on the Real Estate industry
• Write/update reports on all property market segments
• Assist in planning and implementing market research and consultancy services
• Develop and author reports based on client provided scope of work
• Process data and provide input for research reports
• Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding the Real Estate database covering Viet Nam and the region, as well as relevant micro- and macro-economic indicators
• Develop market presentations, prepare office newsletters, and press releases
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the Viet Nam Land Law and other relevant local legal issues.

• Team coordination
• Liaise with managers and clients to ensure quality of work is delivered in a timely manner.

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Real Estate/Economics/Finance/or Commerce
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position; candidates with experience in the real estate sector are preferred
• Experience in data collection/analysis, data system management, and report writing
• Proficient in English (IELTS ≥ 7.0 or equivalent)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Creativity, imagination, and a self-starter.
