Job Description :We are seeking a high-performing individual to support Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS) inventory strategy, by managing demand planning in sync with overall campaign activities, inventory allocation, and fulfillment performance. This role helps ensure stocks are available, orders are fulfilled efficiently, and sellers and buyers have a smooth experience.The Inventory Strategy role works closely with internal teams and sellers to forecast demand, plan inventory, and improve fulfillment across Shopee warehouses.Key responsibilities:
  • Own inventory planning, demand forecast and fulfillment operations for Fulfillment by Shopee (FBS), in sync with overall campaign activities.
  • Collaborate with supply planning to ensure overall stock availability and ops efficiency.
  • Communicate demand insights and supply plans to key cross functional internal stakeholders while coordinating collaborative planning with external stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous end-to-end improvements in forecast model and demand planning (in conjunction with Data science and Business intelligence teams)
Requirements :
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Structured, analytical problem solver with strong business judgment.
  • Proven ability to lead projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with complex data sets.
  • Background in management consulting, strategy, or high-growth tech companies is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketplace, e-commerce, or retail business models.

Shopee
