- Master and communicate the benefits of GSK’s adult vaccines, leveraging scientific knowledge in all interactions.
- Continuously update your understanding of GSK’s multi-channel brand strategies.
- Build comprehensive knowledge of disease areas and use this expertise to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making.
- Develop credibility with healthcare professionals through a strong grasp of treatment guidelines and patient profiles.
- Analyze territory performance using multiple data sources to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop and implement multi-channel activity plans with clear, strategic objectives (ASMART), prioritizing key healthcare professionals.
- Track and monitor the progress of vaccination recommendations within your assigned geography, adjusting plans as needed to maximize impact.
- Engage healthcare professionals through effective, multi-channel detailing approaches, adapting to their preferences.
- Prepare for and execute impactful detailing sessions, uncovering opportunities, making tailored recommendations, and addressing objections.
- Measure and improve call performance through regular feedback and collaboration with managers.
- Build strong internal and external partnerships to enhance the healthcare professional journey and channel feedback into the organization.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of, and compliance with, all relevant laws, codes of conduct, and company policies.
- Embody GSK’s vision, values, and expectations in all activities.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Pharmacy, Medicine, or related fields)
- Professional experience in the pharmaceutical or medical industry
- Existing network with key therapeutic areas is an advantage
- Minimum 3 years of FieldForce detailing experience (Senior MCS level)
- Strong commercial acumen, scientific orientation, problem-solving skills, strategic planning & execution, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
