• Develop brand-new services for Japanese market with team in Japan
• Develop new features in personal financial management service which has No.1 market share in Japan

• Manage people in QA QC engineering teams and develop team members
• Plan and perform QA activities, such as quality metrics, process improvement, quality gate…
• Create and implement test strategies for test automation and non-functional testing
• Analyze critical incidents and plan preventive actions
• Measure and control quality of source code, unit test and test coverage
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables to ensure high quality releases
• Participate in direct testing activities for fintech projects

• 5+ years of experience in web application testing
• 3+ years of experience in leading or managing QA QC teams
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or software related fields
• Solid skills and knowledge of testing processes and techniques
• Experience in test automation and non-functional testing
• Experience working with Agile development methodologies
• Good English communication and documentation skills
• Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated

• Experience in fintech domain, especially Accounting and Tax
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate
