Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct property research: market area analysis, shopping center visits, customer and tenant analysis, sales estimation, comparison with existing stores, and profit and loss calculations - Negotiate with property owners: propose terms and conditions, contract negotiations, discuss construction and asset classifications, competitor analysis - Support store openings: promotional activities, coordination with owners, media relations - Support existing stores: SNS promotion and coordination with other departments - Other tasks assigned by the ManagerJob Requirement
Necessary Skill / Experience
- Education: Bachelor's degree - Language skills: Japanese - more than intermediate skills (N3 level or above) - Age: 30 - 43 ・Gender: Any ・Experience: Having 3 years of experience in store development for retail. ・Good understanding of the consumer retail market ・Having PC skill
Preferable Skill / Experience
- Having work experience in a Japanese company - Good communication skills - Positive, open-minded, and proactive - Experience studying or living in Japan - Valid driver's license
