- Support the implementation of all Retail training programs and platforms (i.e Connect, Engage, Inspire (CEI), Every Moment Matters, AREA, ATTICUS, Seasonal Product Learning, etc) by in-store revision training & checking & giving feedback.
- Working with store management team to analyze performance data so as to create monthly training plan to drive commercial success, primarily within learning and development.
- Be a Brand Ambassador, consistently exhibiting the Brand Attitude and Values
- Support Vietnam Sales Academy to ensure best practice and compliance when delivering training initiatives at store
- Supervise and support the store team to ensure all customers receive an optimal service level at all times
- Plan and implement engaging and effective onboarding programs for new joiners to the business in alignment with the Store Manager and District Manager. Support on the delivery of new store openings with new teams Act as a role model for in-store trainers and share knowledge while guiding them to perform their roles effectively.
- English skill: can communicate in English

- Extensive knowledge of fashion & performance sportswear
- Minimum 12-month work experience in a sports/fashion customer- and commercial-focused retail environment with advanced selling experience and comprehensive product, retail and industry understanding
- Competent and proven experience in influencing peers and above
- Delivering training sessions and initiatives
- Knowledge of the adidas brand & products
- Knowledge of Retail Key performance indicators
- Experience of working in a Retail environment
