- Lead national sales strategy and drive revenue, margin growth, and market expansion across Vietnam.
- Build and maintain senior level relationships with key customers, overseeing major negotiations and long term commercial opportunities.
- Identify and secure high value business opportunities while strengthening account penetration and portfolio adoption.
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to adjust commercial strategies and support new business development.
- Collaborate closely with technical, finance, supply chain, and regional teams to deliver customer focused solutions.
- Develop and lead a performing sales team, emphasising coaching, accountability, and strategic selling.
- Represent customer needs internally to drive responsiveness, solution quality, and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated background in senior commercial management or at least five years working within industrial or manufacturing environments.
- Strong business insight with a track record in solution focused selling, complex negotiations, and managing major customer accounts.
- Established leadership strengths, with the ability to communicate effectively, solve problems proactively, and engage diverse stakeholders.
