Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion (Primary Mandate)Define and execute a country commercial strategy focused on profitable growth in swine health solutions.Drive market share expansion through commercial excellence, including sales capability, pricing discipline, and strategic channel management.Develop strong partnerships with large-scale pig integrators, veterinarians, and distributors.Lead portfolio strategy including disease prevention, biosecurity solutions, and productivity improvement products.Position Virbac as a trusted partner helping farmers mitigate ASF risks and rebuild herds safely.Strengthen technical marketing, field veterinary support, and customer education programs.Identify opportunities to expand distribution networks and key account coverage.B. Commercial Excellence & Capability BuildingImplement best-practice salesforce effectiveness and commercial execution frameworks.Establish clear KPIs for sales productivity, channel performance, and customer penetration.Develop strong data-driven commercial decision-making and forecasting capabilities.Introduce structured account planning and key customer management.C.
