- Supervise all inbound/outbound processes: receiving, verification, put-away, picking, kitting, issuing, and shipping.
- Ensure warehouse tasks follow FIFO/FEFO, lot tracking, and ESD-handling procedures.
- Ensure timely material issuance to production lines and support urgent production requests.
- Monitor daily workflow, assign tasks, and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Oversee proper storage of electronics components, hazardous chemicals, and finished goods.
- Ensure goods are properly sorted, stored, packed, and labeled.
- Ensure operators comply with SOPs, safety rules, and warehouse system processes.
- Manage warehouse transactions: GR, GI, transfers, adjustments.
- Ensure 100% accuracy of system data vs. physical inventory.
- Troubleshoot common system errors before escalating.
- Lead cycle counts, monthly counts, and annual physical counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure proper location mapping, labeling, and traceability.
- Monitor slow-moving, short shelf-life, and obsolete materials.
- Work with Planning and Purchasing to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Supervise, coach, and mentor warehouse operators.
- Prepare daily manpower allocation and shift coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations for warehouse staff.
- Build a disciplined and productive warehouse team, promoting teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Become the local key user for inventory management systems and process flows.
- Conduct training sessions for warehouse operators on system usage, scanning and barcode operations, put-away/picking procedures, cycle counting procedures or new SOPs if required.
- Prepare training materials, checklists, and user guides for the warehouse team.
- Ensure warehouse compliance with EHS, ISO, and company safety policies.
- Enforce safe operation of forklifts, pallet jacks, and lifting tools.
- Ensure proper storage for ESD-sensitive items and hazardous chemicals.
- Lead 5S activities and maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Logistics teams.
- Work with Quality/Engineering on NCR, return-to-vendor, and rework processes.
- Support Logistics on inbound shipments, and outbound shipments.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- College or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of warehouse experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/team lead role.
- Experience in electronics, semiconductor, automotive, manufacturing or related industries is preferred.
- Experience working with ERP or WMS (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, lot traceability, barcode systems, and storage standards.
- Familiar with ESD controls and chemical handling (advantage).
- Competent in Excel, reporting tools, and warehouse documentation.
- Strong leadership and communication.
- Problem-solving and teamwork mindset.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to work under pressure and support urgent production needs.
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, good command of English (written and spoken).
