Level: Specialist1. Job PurposeThe Warehouse Specialist is responsible for supervising daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, issuing materials, managing finished goods, controlling inventory accuracy, and ensuring proper support for production. This role will support WH Supervisor/Manager to manage warehouse operators, ensuring that warehouse processes are efficient, compliant, and meet production and customer requirements.What we expect from you:2. Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations Management
- Monitor daily inbound and outbound activities performed by warehouse operators. Verify receiving documents (PO, packing list, delivery note) and ensure alignment with actual goods.
- Ensure proper system transactions (AVS, GRK) are completed accurately and timely by operators.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for inspection status and release of materials.
- Identify and escalate discrepancies (quantity, quality, documentation) for resolution.
- Supervise storage practices to ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO and material traceability.
- Monitor warehouse layout, labeling, and storage conditions (ESD, humidity, temperature for electronics).
- Review and validate cycle count results; investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations.
- Analyze inventory data and report risks such as shortages, excess stock, or aging materials.
- Monitor material issuance to production and finished goods dispatch activities.
- Verify picking accuracy against work orders/BOM and shipment requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate system posting for all outbound transactions.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, QA, and Logistics to ensure smooth material flow.
- Escalate any delays or issues impacting production or delivery schedules.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on inbound, outbound, and inventory status.
- Track KPIs such as receiving accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time issuance.
- Act as a key contact point between warehouse operations and cross-functional teams.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory control, preferably in electronics/manufacturing.
- Experience in electronics warehouse or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Proficiency in ERP/SAP or warehouse management systems.
- Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, inventory control, and traceability requirements.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and material flow.
- Language proficiency: Vietnamese – required, good command of English (written and spoken).
