Architect (Medior to Senior)

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, with experience in high-end industrial projects.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant post-graduate professional experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload efficiently and accurately.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with D5, Lumion, or other rendering software is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of Vietnamese construction standards and regulations.
• Working knowledge of Asian and European design standards.
• Good awareness of locally available construction materials and market practices.
• Exposure to green and sustainable design principles is a plus.
• Adequate written and verbal communication skills, with at least a basic working knowledge of English.

• Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed design solutions for assigned projects.
• Prepare preliminary design calculations, sketches, drawings, specifications, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate closely with engineers and other disciplines to ensure technical accuracy, design coherence, and aesthetic quality.
• Revise and update designs in response to internal reviews, technical requirements, or project changes.
• Carry out detailed design work and ensure all outputs are validated in accordance with approved design procedures.
• Conduct site visits when required to support design development and coordination.
• Perform quality assurance checks on own work and on drawings/calculations produced by other team members as directed.
• Ensure all architectural deliverables are reviewed and approved by the relevant design authority prior to external issuance.
• Prepare architectural design briefs, reports, specifications, and related documentation.
• Produce architectural drawings using Revit and AutoCAD in line with project needs.
• Adhere strictly to company design standards, processes, and quality requirements.
