What you'll do:As Footwear Director, you will play a central role in guiding the end-to-end journey of footwear products-from ideation through to market launch-by developing forward-thinking sourcing strategies that support ambitious growth objectives. Oversee the full lifecycle of product development from initial concept through commercialisation, ensuring all footwear products meet rigorous quality standards at optimised costs.
Manage timelines and performance requirements for product development, production planning, manufacturing operations, and on-time delivery across a complex supply network involving multiple vendors and suppliers in China, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Malaysia.
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with manufacturing partners to inspire capability enhancements and ensure alignment with organisational priorities and standards.
Collaborate closely with Product Development, Design, Quality Assurance, Production Planning, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee seamless execution of projects that meet or exceed expectations.
