We are seeking a highly skilled Footwear Production Director to oversee and streamline sourcing operations within the footwear industry. This role will be based in Ho Chi Minh City and focuses on ensuring efficient processes and successful collaboration with T1 factories.As a Footwear Production Director, your main responsibilities will include:

Developing and implementing manufacturing strategies to meet production and quality goals.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
Overseeing the development and production timelines and ensuring on-time delivery of products.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sourcing processes.
