short-term and long-term corporate communications and public relations strategies aligned with the company’s business priorities and brand direction.Build communication plans that increase brand visibility, strengthen public recognition, and protect the company’s reputation in the market.Continuously assess the external communications landscape and refine strategies to support evolving business and stakeholder needs.2) Media and External RelationsBuild, manage, and sustain strong working relationships with journalists, editors, producers, and key representatives from leading media organizations across print, online, broadcast, and relevant community platforms.Develop and maintain effective relationships with government bodies, regulatory agencies, media authorities, and local officials to support compliance, reputation management, and issue resolution.Serve as a key contact point for external communication matters involving the press and institutional stakeholders.3) Crisis Communications and Reputation ManagementLead communication efforts during sensitive issues or reputational challenges, working closely with the media, relevant authorities, and internal stakeholders to protect the company’s public standing.Develop crisis communication protocols, response frameworks, and escalation processes to ensure timely and coordinated action.Partner with relevant internal functions to identify the root causes of communication or reputational issues and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.4) Social Media CommunicationsDevelop and manage communication strategies across social media platforms to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.Oversee content direction, account management, and community interaction to ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand standards.Monitor social channels closely and manage comments, feedback, reviews, and public responses in a way that supports a positive and credible brand image.5) Investor-Related Communications SupportWork closely with the Investor Relations function to ensure timely, accurate, and transparent communication to the market through press releases, statements, and related materials.Support the preparation and coordination of investor-facing communication activities, including conferences, briefings, and related events.Help ensure messaging for investor-related communications is aligned with the company’s broader reputation and stakeholder management objectives.6) Awards, Industry Visibility, and PR EventsLead or support the company’s participation in industry awards, recognition programs, exhibitions, conferences, and seminars that contribute to corporate visibility and reputation building.Identify high-value external platforms and opportunities that enhance the company’s profile and reinforce strategic positioning.7) Campaign Planning and ExecutionPlan and deliver integrated PR and communications campaigns across traditional media, digital channels, and social platforms.Measure campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics, monitoring tools, and performance analysis, and provide recommendations for optimization based on results.Ensure campaigns are executed with consistency, strategic clarity, and measurable impact.8) Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with teams such as Marketing, Legal, Human Resources, Finance, and other business functions to ensure communication strategies and key messages are aligned across the organization.Support internal coordination so that all external communications reflect the company’s strategic priorities and corporate positioning.9) Team Leadership and Capability DevelopmentLead, manage, and develop the PR and communications team to ensure strong execution capability and professional growth.Provide coaching and guidance to team members, particularly in writing, messaging development, and media-facing communication.Establish clear performance expectations and support capability building across the function.10) Budget ManagementManage budgets related to communications and PR activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and in line with agreed objectives.Monitor spending and campaign investment to maximize impact, efficiency, and return on communication efforts.RequirementsEducationBachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline.A Master’s degree is an advantage.ExperienceMinimum of 10 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications, or corporate affairs.At least 5 years of experience in a comparable management-level role with team leadership responsibilities.Proven experience in managing media relations, reputation-building initiatives, and high-stakes communication issues.Experience working with media, government stakeholders, and investor-related communication matters is strongly preferred.Background in fintech or other fast-evolving, highly regulated industries is an advantage.Skills and CompetenciesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong capability in message development, editing, and stakeholder-facing communication.Demonstrated expertise in crisis communication and reputation management.Strong relationship management skills across media, government, investors, and internal stakeholders.In-depth understanding of social media operations, digital engagement, and media/data analytics.Strong planning and campaign management capability, with the ability to assess performance and adapt strategy based on insights.Proven leadership and team management skills, including coaching and capability development.Strategic mindset,
