I. WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN THIS ROLE:Stepping into this role means becoming the pioneer who brings AI into Mekongs investment world—shaping how data, insights, and decisions are made for years to come. You will stabilize the companys core IT systems while leading breakthrough AI initiatives that redefine how Mekong operates. Working closely with the C‑suite, youll design digital and AI‑driven solutions that transform the full investment lifecycle and set a new benchmark for the industry. Here, youre not just managing technology—youre creating the future of Mekong Capital.II. KEY RESPONSILITIES:1. Infrastructure & Governance:

Take full ownership of all IT Operations
Lead outsourced IT vendors
Govern Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems
Ensure infrastructure scalability, reliability, and security
Implement identity & access management standards

2. Cybersecurity & Risk Management:

Establish cybersecurity policies and controls
Manage data protection, backup, DR
Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements
Coordinate vulnerability assessments and penetration testing

3. AI & Digital Transformation:

Design and lead AI initiatives across full investment lifecycle
Lead Agile-based AI transformation projects
Implement automation and workflow optimization
Deliver measurable productivity and decision-quality improvements
Build IT & AI roadmap aligned with business priorities

4. Business Partnership:

Work directly with CEO / Partner level
Dive to root cause through structured listening & questioning
Translating business strategy into technology architecture
Guide users toward governance standards
Develop and lead IT team members and vendors

5. Authority & Scope:

Full ownership of IT infrastructure governance
Strategic advisory role in AI roadmap decisions
Manage IT-related budget under approved plan

III. KEY REQUIREMENTS:1. Have track record:

Minimum 3 years as Head of IT / IT Chief (Infrastructure & Applications), OR
2–3 years as AI Transformation Lead with enterprise exposure.
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 and enterprise infrastructure
Demonstrated success leading AI transformation projects using Agile methodologies
Experience working with CEO/Partner level
Fluent English
