We are seeking a best-in-class Head of Robotics & AI Operations to join our leadership team remotely. This executive will combine deep expertise in robotics and AI with hands-on operational acumen, working closely with the COO to drive technology-driven transformation across our client's culinary labor, fulfillment labor, logistics, customer service operations, and more.The successful candidate will prioritize automation and AI initiatives based on payback rates, business value, and measurable impact on operational efficiency and financial performance. This role demands a strategic thinker and doer who can design and execute an integrated robotics and AI roadmap aligned with the company’s premium brand and growth objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with the COO to align robotics and AI investments with overall company P&L goals and strategic priorities.Lead the evaluation, prioritization, and execution of automation projects that maximize ROI and operational excellence.Own the end-to-end robotics and AI transformation strategy, integrating cutting-edge technology into food production, packaging, order fulfillment, and logistics workflows.Build comprehensive operational knowledge across culinary, R&D, fulfillment, logistics, and customer service teams to identify impactful automation opportunities.Develop and lead remote, cross-functional teams with a focus on innovation, scalability, and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience leaders to track and communicate the financial and operational results of technology initiatives.Executive-level experience (e.g., COO, VP Operations) combined with strong robotics and AI leadership expertise.Proven ability to link technology investments with operational and financial outcomes, demonstrating familiarity with P&L considerations.Minimum 8 years leading robotics, automation, or AI projects in complex, high-variability environments such as food production, fulfillment, or logistics.Experience managing remote teams and communicating complex technical and financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.Fluent in English.
