Your Opportunity
- Managing existing Accounts actively to ensure long-term partnership and customer satisfaction pro-actively
- Developing new accounts with proper and close follow-up of sales opportunity
- Developing and maintaining good customer relationships with important and relevant personnel
- Ensuring proper and detailed projects planning for assigned territory for all market segment
- Proactive and creative problem solving in managing customer’s complaint by proper investigation and close follow-up in resolving issues (eg: product deliveries/application troubleshooting)
- Preparing Quotes, getting orders, preparing sales proposal and contracts for customers
- Coordinating with Distribution partner /Third Party to better serve customers
- Ensuring timely and proper information gathering from customers for tenders opening as means to secure the deal
- Providing feedback on customer needs and managing customer’s expectations proactively
- Promoting, displays’ and/or demonstrating product to customers with the objective to close deal
- Conducting sales activities according to promotional strategies/initiatives set by the Business Areas and/or Marketing Team
- Bachelor in Health/Science/Pharmacist disciplines
- Working experience in key accounts is a must
- Multinational companies in a similar industry with at least 5 year experience as Sales Manager
- Achieving result, people management, coaching skills
