Within Coach, the Routine Management System (RMS) serves as the foundation for defining and scaling operational routines across global markets.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end design for RMS product areas, from discovery through delivery, across multiple workstreamsDefine and evolve experience direction for complex workflows (e.g., routine authoring, configuration, execution)Translate highly structured, operational logic into intuitive, usable systems for both corporate users and restaurant teamsPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Research to align on priorities, scope, and success metricsReframe ambiguous or poorly defined problems into clear design opportunitiesDrive consistency and scalability through contribution to shared patterns, frameworks, and systemsFacilitate cross-functional alignment through workshops, critiques, and clear storytellingIdentify gaps in current product or process and introduce improved approaches, tools, or interaction modelsInfluence design and product decisions across teams through strong rationale, user insight, and business contextQualifications:5+ years of product design experience in complex, system-driven environmentsProven ability to lead design for a product area or set of features independentlyStrong experience solving ambiguous, multi-stakeholder problems with no clear precedentDemonstrated ability to connect design decisions to user needs and business outcomesExperience collaborating deeply with Product and Engineering to ship end-to-end solutionsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partnersPreferred QualificationsExperience designing for operational, enterprise, or workflow-heavy systems (e.g., SaaS, logistics, compliance tools)Familiarity with systems involving roles, permissions, configurations, or rule-based logicExperience contributing to or evolving design systems and scalable UX patternsTrack record of improving product quality through new frameworks, interaction models, or process improvementsExperience working on products that balance global standardization with local flexibility
