Merchant Acquisition Specialist

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field e.g. Business, Marketing.
• Experienced in brand marketing, account management or business development is a plus.
• Having insights, experience, and passion in e-commerce, fintech and F&B.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; well-developed communication and presentation skills.
• Visionary, self-motivated, and laser-focused on exceeding set goals.
• Hunger to learn, autonomous and adaptable attitude to cope with a fast-paced working environment.

• Managing a portfolio of SMB partners on the platform; building relationships and supporting them in day-to-day issues.
• Hunting deals for campaign; working closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Marketplace, Ops,) to ensure smooth execution.
• Analyzing data and deep dive merchant performance; follow the actions of competitors and market trends to drive initiatives for restaurants' growth strategies.
