- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of the Labor Code and HR-related regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in employee relations.
- Good at English communication

- Act as the primary contact point for receiving and resolving employee complaints, inquiries, and concerns.
- Conduct investigations related to policy violations, workplace conflicts, and misconduct.
- Collaborate with line managers to provide guidance and recommendations on handling ER issues.
- Maintain employee feedback channels: voice-of-employee activities, hotline, etc.
- Monitor the implementation of company policies, work rules, and collective labor agreements (CLA).
- Update and communicate new regulations regarding labor law, social insurance, and occupational safety.
- Prepare documentation and support labor inspections and interactions with government authorities.
- Participate in investigations, collect statements/evidence, and propose appropriate disciplinary actions.
- Draft meeting minutes, disciplinary decisions, and maintain proper documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
- Ensure the disciplinary process is fair, transparent, and aligned with company procedures and the law.
- Track ER cases based on risk levels and follow up on progress.
- Propose preventive measures to avoid recurrence and improve workplace processes.
- Prepare periodic ER reports for the HR Manager and Management Board.
- Contribute to the review, update, and development of labor-related internal policies.
- Communication policy changes to employees and managers to ensure full understanding and compliance.
- Coordinate employee engagement programs, satisfaction surveys, and pulse surveys.
- Collect employee insights and recommend initiatives to enhance the working environment.
