- Making and implementing the operation plan in the assigned scope according to the operation orientation of the Array/Block.
- Organizing and implementing the appraisal to ensure the operation of the Department within the assigned scope according to internal regulations.
- Managing and arranging the work of the appraisal personnel to meet the job requirements, committing to quality in order to improve the customer experience and achieve the highest efficiency.
- Controlling credit appraisal documents.
- Recording, supporting and guiding to solve problems and difficulties in the performance of appraisal.Key Accountabilities (2)Joining and coordinating with other relevant units in the bank to develop policies, credit products/solutions, and risk management policies within the scope of their assigned management:
- Participating in/coordinating in designing knowledgeable reports, risk components, appraisal và credit solutions to ensure consulting, coordinating with units in the whole line to build outstanding credit solutions for customers. Key plan/TPK is in charge of LVKT.
- Participating in/coordinating with relevant units to develop/propose improvements and adjustments to relevant policies, regulations, processes and guidelines.Coordinating the development and implementation of appraisal training programs/appraisal guidelines.
- Implementing/Coordinating with Sales và HR Division to organize training course on appraisal/credit operations and relevant documents/instructions/legal regulations in the journey credit extension.Key Accountabilities (3)PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
- Attract, onboard and retain the right talents for a high- performing team
- Communicate team and individual KRAs/ KPIs, goals, action plan, expectations and results to team members
- Manage team performance & provide feedback regularly (following the annual performance management cycle);

- Motivate and recognize team members' contributions towards the team's shared goals
- Responsible for developing talents within the team
- Act as a role model and promote corporate culture at sub- function level

- Experience:
+ At least 10 years of experience in banking and finance and at least 7 years of management experience.
+ Extensive experience and excellent knowledge of the credit field, credit solutions for large corporate clients and credit risk management; advanced knowledge of the design, development of policies, procedures and credit products.
+ Skilled in operating, organizing and leading the unit in charge; have the ability to guide and instruct others to develop their capacity
- English proficiency according to the periodic Bank's requirements
