Job Description- Listen to calls (Inbound, Outbound) to monitor the effectiveness and quality of calls- Determine weaknesses in agent performance, materials and procedures.- Create reports that reflect agent performance and service quality.- Provide solutions for improving agent performance and customer satisfaction- Other tasks assigned by Line Manager.Job Requirement- College/ Bachelor's degree- Banking Experiences at least 02 years (prefer: Contact Center).- Good writing skill (both Vietnamese and English).- Reporting & analysis skills (preferable).- Strong communication skills.- Positive/ High Teamwork spirit.- Careful and patient style of work.
